It is advised to flush the filter with at least 3 gallons of water prior to usage, or until any black carbon residue disappears.

- [SIMPLE INSTALLATION] The inline carbon filter includes 3/8” quick connect ports on both ends for easy installation with plastic or copper water lines using 3/8” OD lines. Simply remove the tubes from the old filter and insert them into the new replacement filter.
